The Vineyard

Domaine Saint Hilaire is perfectly located a few miles inland from the Mediterranean on the Languedoc coast of France.

The domaine has probably been producing wine since Roman times but it was Baron Hilaire Reynaud "Le Baron" who gave it the name of his patron saint, Saint Hilaire, when he purchased it in 1817. The Baron was a local celebrity having been born in the area and risen to fame as an illustrious hero and general in Napoleon's army.

Please see the domaine's own website here for more information including our wine ranges explained in more detail, our varied terroir, an introduction to our wine making team or as a place to stay.
